Yes, but you have to be registered as a User and make inquiries through the Messenger feature in your online account.

What is the minimum sample molarity / sample volume requirement for sequencing?

The Hosts designate these requirements in their site profile which will be visible to you during the sample submission process.

What happens if there is a sample failure?

You should call us. In most cases, we will rerun the sample. We will want to review the incoming sample quality metrics and data deliverables.

My samples require a Custom Read Length. Will you accept my samples for sequencing?

The Host designates whether it accepts custom read lengths or not. Just search for the read length you need and our Search tool will populate all the Hosts matching your read length.

Yes. Since experiment design is specific to each lab and research project, you can consult with Hosts within the Messenger feature in your online account.

Does the Host demultiplex the data?

Hosts will deliver FASTQ files which may or may not include demultiplexed data. Please check with the Host lab.

You can also email us at support@meenta.io if you would like us to inform you when it becomes available.

Do you accept Methyl-Seq and RRBS samples for sequencing?

Yes. We suggest checking the minimum read return with the Host first, as the value is dependent on instrument's chemistry and flow cell.

My libraries require a Custom Primer. Will you accept my samples for sequencing?

Yes. The Host has to designate this capability in its profile. Just search for Custom Primer and our Search tool will populate all the matching Hosts.
